This Pandemic Has You Thinking…
How Do We Survive?

If you are one of the many organisations right now that are living through a crisis that is changing the direction of your business, you might have this loud and critical question in your mind-

‘What do we DO to survive this?!’.

Perhaps you operate in an industry that has stayed open, even thrived during this crisis but the future is uncertain.

You want to set your business up for success and lead your industry, no matter what this post pandemic world looks like.

When there is no blueprint of how to conduct business under these circumstances it can be hard to think about how to remain relevant and visible with this feeling of frenzied panic.

You have endless questions going through your mind-

– How do I increase customer numbers when we’re in the middle of a pandemic?

– How do we increase cash flow when we can’t operate at full capacity?

– How do we make our business stand out from the others when we’re all clamouring for attention?

You may be one of the many businesses adapting to the restrictions and doing the very best you can, but how can you actually thrive during a pandemic?

How can you open doors to new and repeat customers and set your business up to succeed beyond COVID-19?

The Solution Is Innovation

The first step is to pivot, adapt and get creative, keeping your customers front of mind, but how do you do that when every other business in your industry is thinking the same?

The solution is to innovate through access and inclusion.

One in five people live with a disability and this market has a disposable income worth over $54 Million, yet the average business does not offer an accessible service.

These are customers on your doorstep who want to spend their money, but face many barriers that stop them from doing so.

Now is the time to plan for your post pandemic recovery and set your business up to thrive in the future. No business can afford to turn away customers, so be the business that boosts their bottom line whilst doing good at the same time.

Why Access & Inclusion?

By increasing the access and inclusion of your service you will-

– Tap into the third largest economic power in the world (the audience who most businesses overlook and who are actually craving to spend their money).

– Attract 100% of your ideal audience to your business in this post pandemic world).

– Stand out from the competition, (when everyone is clamouring for attention) with people talking about you for all the right reasons.

The great news is that is doesn’t need to cost a fortune and you don’t need to get the sledge hammer out!

There are many simple, low cost solutions that you can implement instantly to attract more customers immediately, boost your bottom line and get people talking about you for all the right reasons.

Frequently Asked Question’s

Will I need to spend a lot of money to make my service accessible?

No, there are many low cost solutions that we will cover that will help you offer an inclusive service.

Will I need to knock down walls or get the sledge hammer out to create an accessible service?

Not at all, there are many simple solutions that we will cover that don’t require you to knock down walls, that you can implement immediately.

My organisation has already made the venue accessible and we follow the design standards, will I take anything away from this webinar?

Yes, even if you have already addressed the accessibility of your venue, there are many aspects to offering an accessible service that need to be considered.

I’ve worked with many organisations who have followed the standards for the built environment, however still benefit from focusing on additional keys areas as the standards don’t address every aspect of the customer journey.

Access and Inclusion goes beyond an accessible toilet or parking space and addressing all aspects means you can offer a truly accessible service that people with disability are willing to return to.

Do I already need to have accessible features like an accessible toilet in order to benefit from making my service more accessible?

No you don’t. Accessibility means something different to every person so even if you don’t think you can offer a fully accessible service, there are still many things you can add to your service to attract more customers that we will cover in this webinar.

Why do I need to offer an accessible service?

The Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA) makes it unlawful to discriminate against a person, in many areas of public life, including using services and accessing public places, because of their disability. In addition to this, when you make your service accessible and inclusive, you can tap into a market worth over $54 Million dollars, increasing customer numbers and cash flow at the same time.

I can't install an accessible toilet, is there any point to attending this webinar?

Yes, absolutely! As access means something different to every person with a disability, you will be able to offer a more inclusive service and attract more customers as a result.

I have steps to access my venue, is it still valuable to addressing the accessibility of my service?

Yes, absolutely! As access means something different to every person with a disability, you will be able to offer a more inclusive service and attract more customers as a result by addressing other areas of inclusion.

I run an online business, is this webinar relevant to me?
